South Suburban College to Host Small Business Workshop


SOUTH HOLLAND, IL – South Suburban College is presenting a free workshop titled So You Want to Start Your Own Business on Tuesday, January 31 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., at South Suburban College’s Oak Forest Center in Room 5190.

We are hosting a panel discussion to highlight the following topics:

  • What to consider before starting your own business
  • How to get a small business up and running
  • How to sustain a small business, including local and regional resources available
  • How can Etsy help your business
  • Lean Startup
  • How to develop a prototype for your business idea
  • Tour of SouthWorks MakerLab at SSC
