The RBBN Project: Removing Barriers to Basic Needs Workshop
April 22 @ 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM

SSC recognizes the barriers students may face in obtaining resources to satisfy basic needs. Made possible by the ICCB’S Homelessness and Housing Insecurity Pilot Grant, the Multicultural Wellness Center is implementing The RBBN Project: Removing Barriers to Basic Needs, which will provide students with limited aid funding for: food, transportation, housing, medical assistance, etc. To receive support from The RBBN Project, one must be a current SSC student enrolled in semester courses, attend a workshop on navigating the RBBN application process, complete an application, and provide accurate documentation presenting proof of need. Each student can receive a one-time payment of up to $200 (via gift card) or a 30-day bus pass available for one-time disbursement.
