Students are invited to attend a one-hour Junior Achievement prerequisite training session at 9, 10 or 11 a.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024 in the MB Financial Bank Business Suite on the first floor of the Main Campus to learn how to teach an age-appropriate business/finance lesson with a partner using a prepared game kit. Students will present this lesson on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Lane Elementary School in Blue Island, IL. Transportation to and from SSC will be available for this service-learning opportunity. The bus will depart from SSC at 8 a.m. and arrive back on campus by 12 p.m. April 5.
