Managing Midterm Stress and Building Better Mental Health

Do midterms stress you out? Are you tired from all of the studying you have done the past several weeks? Then join us for a seminar on strategies you can use to manage your stress and improve your mental health in the long term. This seminar will be facilitated by Monique Mobley, Student Assistance Program (SAP) Therapist from Perspectives, and will be held in-person in the Multicultural Wellness Center (Rm. 2348) on the Main Campus.
