Learn how yoga can help relieve stress from everyday life. Enter the raffle to win a free yoga mat at this event on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. in the Multicultural Wellness Center (Room 2348) on the Main Campus.

Topics covered during this event are: actions to take, police officer approach, theoretical aspects, behavior of both the officer and vehicle occupants, and recommended best practices for drivers and passengers during traffic stops.
