Unofficial transcripts can be obtained by accessing Self Service. The Records Office does not provide unofficial transcripts. Certificate and degree information will not be included in an unofficial transcript. Only Official transcripts obtained from the Records Office will include the posting of certificates and degrees.

Official Transcripts include:

Students with foreign transcripts must have transcripts (high school and/or college) evaluated by Educational Credentials Evaluators, Inc. (ECE) prior to the first semester of attendance at SSC and are responsible for the payment of any ECE evaluation fees.
